It depends, given what opportunity? Given the opportunity for merely a "SAFE HAVEN" in the Ninweh Plane where we could govern ourselves under the Iraqi umbrella?, I don't think so!
One thing makes me sick about this nation, Ashurians ALWAYS settle for scraps! My beloved Ashuriaeh, DEMAND EVERYTHING!
That entire region is the HEARTLAND of ASHURLAND! It's not just the North that we should claim, it's the WHOLE of IRAQ and in the future, SE Turkey, Syria, and Urmi, but we'll deal with IRAQ now for argument's sake.

F%@K Democracy if it stands in our way of re-claiming ASHURLAND for ourselves! This is obviously a pschological trick used by our enemies to rid our minds,hearts,hopes,dreams, and ambitions of getting our land back, and I for one am NOT falling for it!
Yes, we know our numbers are too small, but that's because our MURDERING NEIGHBORS wiped out 1/3rd of our Race in 1914-1918. So what about those numbers that we DID have
90 years ago?! Should we just accept the Genocide and move right along as-if nothing ever happened?
The Ottoman Turks, with the help of the Kurdish Back-Stabbing Parasytes BUTCHERED 750,000 ASHURIANS in those dark years, along with 1.3 million Armenians and 300,000 Greeks! And the world has the nerve to say "well, your numbers are just too small"?!
I believe strongly that if the civillized world offers our people our country back to us, the ASHURIANS/THE RIGHTFUL OWNERS, then all of our people will have a real reason to unite, regardless of what Church we follow!
And the answer to the question is yes, I do think ASHURIANS all over the world will see the urgency in uniting our people so that the world takes us seriously, and then we'll be able and ready to manage our own Government and Country of ASHUR!
I think our people are just dying to see a real reason to unite, and they WILL if we see a chance for the liberation of Ashurland/ASSYRIA/MAT-ASHUR!
The whole world has ROBBED the Land of ASHUR by stealing
ASHUR'S Oil and Antiquitees!
